Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.95 (0–1 lb)
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $8.95 (1-5 lbs)
- Free Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): on orders over $35

We currently ship with USPS (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail).
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be added in the future.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are based on carrier guidelines and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of essential oils and wellness products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at info@livvive.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
