Our single essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil before topical use. Our roll-on blends are pre-diluted and ready for direct application.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — we do not test on animals.
How should I store essential oils?
Keep bottles tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve freshness and potency.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at launch. We currently ship within the U.S. and plan to expand soon.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we accept unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
